Our very own AirBnB in Zaandam has become a reality!

It has been quiet from us for a while now. But that is only on the blog 🙂 At home is has been full speed ahead! We have taken the next step towards our goal to have more time and opportunities to spend time travelling and photographing.

To make this happen we have started our very own AirBnB in Zaandam, just outside of Amsterdam!  We have been very busy with fixing up and making our house inviting and ready for our guests.

After a couple of weeks working out the rooms one by one, fixing, redoing and cleaning, we managed to get a good result, actually better than we had initially planned.

And it was so incredibly hot for about two weeks here in the Netherlands. We certainly got some serious workouts in over 30 degrees!

In a few days we are going to Greece for a week and we almost can’t wait!

Our destination is a beach paradise on the coast of the greek mainland about an hour from Thessaloniki called Halkidiki.

We will be renting a car so we can explore the area and visit a lot of the beautiful beaches and greek tavernas. We will definitely create a few posts about the trip and our experiences!
